Terms and Conditions

Atton Institute – Terms and Conditions for course participants

The present terms and conditions apply to all course registrations – if done electronically over our web site, by sending us course registration form, in person in our office or over the phone.

Attendance certificate – a certificate of course or program attendance is awarded to participants who have completed / attended complete training as well as participated in the practice sessions.

Course admittance - only those participants (further “clients) whose course fees have been paid in full would be admitted to the course.

Clients obligation – clients take the obligation to follow, within the courses, the conventional standards of business ethics as well as common applicable dress code standards.

Course Fees – what is included - Atton Institute makes best efforts to ensure that all our courses and programs participants obtain the best outcome from the education provided by us. For this reason, each course includes all the required courses materials, handouts and supporting documents which are provided to courses participants for free. It also includes the coffee breaks, lunch, WIFI and valet parking and course attendance certificate.

Hotel accommodation – is not being included in the courses or the program's fee. Our administrative department can provide you the information on suggested hotels and favorable rates whereby the hotel reservation shall be done directly with the hotel by the client. Any requests on hotel reservations are subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions of the hotel.

Visas – Atton Institute does not take any responsibility for providing visa support to its clients, and such service is at the sole discretion of Atton Institute administrative team.

Payment - upon receipt of your registration form, Atton Institute will issue an invoice. All Atton Institute bank account details will be provided on the invoice. Available modes of payments – bank transfer, cash and cheque payments.

Course registration - your registration will be fully effective only after the payment for the course has been received by Atton Institute in full. Such payment shall be received latest within 7 working days after your course registration. If you register later that 7 working days before the course start date – the payment shall be received not later than 2 working days before course start date. Your registration is kept valid for maximum 7 working days from the time we receive it, after that, in the event payment is not received by Atton Institute, your course registration may become void, and your place can be given to another client.

Change of participant - in case a client is not able to be present on a course, substitutions are accepted whereby the info on the change shall be provided to Atton Institute in written latest 3 business days before the course date.

Changes to a course – even though best efforts are made not to make any changes to courses or programs, Atton Institute reserves the right to partially modify at its discretion the course & program content or change its date, trainer or location if, despite best efforts, conditions oblige to do such modifications or such changes are required for improvements of course or other elements of learning environment.

Cancellation and refund – cancellation requests for courses (separate or being part of a program) shall be done by clients in written form only. Applicable refund in case of course cancellation three weeks before the course start date: USD 260,- processing fee applies. If cancellation is done later than three weeks before the course starting date - no cancellation refund is applicable whereby we would be happy to welcome at our course a colleague as your substitute. Cancellation or information on the substitute shall be sent to our administrative office in written form. No refund is provided in case of client absence on the course. Refunds can be done only to account of a client or over cheque issued to the client. Refunds can also be processed, at the discretion of Atton Institute, in AED.

Suggestions & Complaints – all suggestions and complains shall be sent to us electronically to our administrative department whereby we send our response to all communication of this type in the shortest applicable time.

Sanctioned persons or countries – Atton Institute cannot provide any type of services to persons or companies from (or associated with) countries being in the UAE and international sanctions lists.

Intellectual property – all education materials provided to our courses and programs to participants can be used for training and educational purposes only and cannot be reproduced or shared without obtaining the Atton Institute’s written consent. Photo and video shooting as well as audio recording at the courses by courses participants are not permitted.

Force majeure – Atton Institute shall not be deemed liable for any breach or non-fulfillment of its obligations if these are resulted by any cause such as fire, explosion, any type of natural disasters, emergencies, strikes, or any other causes, happenings, and events being outside of the influence and control of Atton Institute Dubai.

Applicable law – any type of disputes and its settlements are to be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulatory framework of the UAE.

Terms & conditions – present terms & conditions may be updated or changed to be in line with applicable requirements and professional standards. In the case of such updates or changes, these would become effective from the date of its publishing on our web site.

Additional Terms and conditions for customized proposals

Validity of the Customized Proposals, its payment terms, and other particular terms are as per the terms specified in the customized proposals.
