Also, a company with excellent customer service functions on specialization, which means that employees have a continuation between education and work development. The knowledge the employees acquire in educational institutions can be put into practice in the company. When it comes to a job, the employee doesn’t necessarily have a continuation of his or her education and specialization at work. In fact, he or she might choose a career that has nothing to do with their field of education.
